Purpose:

- Monitoring Progress: The report monitors progress and trends in education access, quality, equity, and inclusion at the global, regional, and national levels.

- No area is on track to fulfill the global targets set for 2030, which call for a 30% reduction in low birthweight in newborns and a 50% reduction in anemia in teenage girls and women.
- Between 2019 and 2021, the gender disparity in food insecurity more than doubled.
