The Indian Premier League, a domestic league of the Board of Control for Cricket in India, is the most enjoyed and followed league around the world. The much-awaited news is out now; it is the biggest news of 2024 for the cricket lovers in India and around the world. BCCI, on February 22, 2024, came up with the schedule of 21 matches of the IPL scheduled to begin on March 22, 2024.
Although the entire schedule is still sought after as iplhas yet to announce the entire schedule, to satisfy the curiosity among the cricketing fans, BCCI has come up with the first few matches of the IPL. Here are the details of the matches and venues.
The first encounter is scheduled for March 22, 2024, between the 2023 title-holder Chennai Super Kings under the leadership of Mahendra Singh Dhoni and the Royal Challenger Bengaluru under the leadership of Francoius Du-Plessis at M. A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai, at 8:00 PM. The 21st match of the IPL, as per the schedule, is going to be held on Sunday, April 7, 2024, between the Lucknow Super Gains led by KL Rahul and the Gujarat Titan led by Subhmann Gill at Ekana Stadium, Lucknow, at 7:30 PM.
